Delaware Roofer We have served the state of Delaware since 1986 as experts in all types of roofs and roof railing system inspection, installation, maintenance and repair.

Platinum Roofs, Inc. is a member of T.R. Roofing, Inc. which was originally founded by Tom Ream. Mr. Ream worked for his family roofing business all of his life enabling him to glean and understand the superior craftsmanship before starting his own flat roof company in 1986. Earning the trust of the local builders, business owners, and residential customers, Mr. Ream focused his efforts on maintaining the highest possible standards in quality craftsmanship and superior customer service.

T.R. Roofing, Inc. introduced and educated people about EPDM Rubber Roofs which were relatively new to the area at that time. Joe Crispin began working for T.R. Roofing in 1994 as a trusted and qualified installer and business apprentice. In 1997, Joe Crispin purchased T.R. Roofing, Inc.

DE Roofers As the new President of T.R. Roofing; Mr. Crispin continued to keep the companies focus on the founding principles of quality craftsmanship and superior customer service. Mr. Crispin added the latest eco-friendly products and green building techniques which led T.R. Roofing, Inc. to be the leader in green roofing installation, maintenance and repair.

Mr. Crispin expanded the company′s services to include roof railing systems, metal roofs, living roofs or green roofs. With the expansion of T.R. Roofing, Inc., into these areas, Joe Crispin decided to change the company's name to reflect the platinum level industry standard that his company holds for all roofs that are installed, thus Platinum Roofs, Inc. was chosen. Platinum Roofs Inc. is committed to continue to grow and change as the roofing industry directs. Platinum Roofs, Inc. will research the latest developments in green building to better serve our builders, our customers, and our planet.
