  • We bought a resale home in the Lewes area that had a full basement. Unfortunately after moving in we discovered that the basement had a water issue due to several cracks in the foundation. After spending time doing research and consultations, we decided to contract with Leakstoppers, which is part of Platinum Roofs, to help us prevent the water from entering the basement. They fixed three cracks that have stayed dry for over a year. We recently found one more and had them back to fix it. They are professional, responsive and reasonable. Happy to report the basement is now perfectly dry! Oh, and subsequently found out that one of the large builders in the area hires them to correct issues under warranty. Highly recommend!

These guys are flat roof specialist! Every step of the way we were educated about why we were having problems in the first place (never put shingles on a flat roof) is what we learned because there’s not enough pitch and what was needed to resolve.
