Our Story

Tom Ream founded T.R. Roofing, Inc in 1986, utilizing his family roofing business experience to establish a successful flat roof company. T.R. Roofing, Inc. earned the trust of the local community, focusing on quality craftsmanship and customer service, and introduced customers to new roofing services such as EPDM Rubber Roofs

In 1994, Joe Crispin began working for T.R. Roofing Inc. as a trusted and qualified installer and business apprentice. After three years, Tom passed the torch to Joe, who purchased the company from his father-in-law, and renamed it Platinum Roofs Inc to mark an exciting new season and highlight the platinum experience they provide to Delaware.

We have stood the test of time because we remain flexible by providing the latest technology and resources in the roofing, exteriors, and leak protection industry.
